🛍️ Minamart Return & Refund Policy

At Minamart, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

 

🔁 Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Certain categories are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization:

    • Personal wearables (e.g. underwear, swimwear)

    • Opened tech devices or software

    • Customized or made-to-order items

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

💸 Refunds

Conditions:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage.

  • Packaging is missing or incomplete.

  • Return is initiated after the 14-day window.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and a brief description.

  • We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Garden ✅ Must be unused, unregistered and in original condition.
Home ✅ Must be unopened. Opened packaging may incur restocking fee.
Swimming Pools, Electronics, Luxury Goods ✅ Must be unused and unregistered. Opened packaging may incur restocking fee.
Renewables ✅ Must be unused, in original box with all accessories.
Sports Equipment ✅ Returnable if unused and in original condition.
Fireplace Stoves ⚠️ Returnable only if unopened and undamaged. Freight return required.
