Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time to all EU member countries: 5-7 working days.

Delivery fees are flat to all EU member states and depend only on the weight and size of the ordered product.

Shipping by courier:

For large and heavy products above 30 kg, we use: Fedex, DB Schenker or Transpress, specialized in transporting large and extra large, very heavy and extra heavy products.

For normal size and weight products up to 30 kg, we use: DPD or Fedex.

** Some products in the Minamart online store have a longer delivery time. We use remote partner warehouses. This information is mentioned on the specific product page or its description.

USEFUL INFORMATION

We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addressees. Please place two separate orders online.
Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple cartons.
Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are classed as non-working days.
